Refund policy

As all On Point Signs products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact page with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Please ensure all artwork files and specifications are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.
